Scaling and pay-as-you-go

The Unleashed plan has been replaced by pay-as-you-go pricing. There is no upgrade or per-app base fee.

Open an app's scaling settings to change its CPU, memory, or replicas. Every web and worker process draws its CPU and memory from one free allowance shared across your whole account, so growing one process leaves less room for the rest. Going past the allowance requires a card or project credit and bills only the overage. Scaling back down is always allowed, even on a process that is already above the allowance and even while a spending limit is reached.
